Situated on a working farm, these tasteful barn conversions are set around a courtyard, some with outstanding views over the fells.  Located on the Lake District National Park boundary, this quiet location is ideal for visiting the Lakes, Eden Valley, Pennines and the Howgills.  Guests can access the nearby fells or many low level footpaths from their cottage.

All cottages are equipped with oil central heating; electric cooker, fridge / freezer (Bull Pen has fridge only); a microwave; washing machine and tumble dryer; a colour TV and video.  Blencathra and Granary have a dishwasher.

2 en-suite large double bedrooms - one with bath and shower and one with a beamed ceiling.

Catstycam - Sleeps 4

Ground floor - 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower.
First floor - open plan stairway leading into a living / dining room with a kitchen which is separated by a partition.

Blencathra - Sleeps 8 to 9

1 ground floor bedroom which can sleep 2 to 3 with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath).
2 ground floor bedrooms.
1 ground floor bathroom and shower.
1 first floor bedroom which can sleep 2 to 3.
1 first floor bath and shower.
First floor - large living room with dining area and partitioned kitchen.

The Stable - Sleeps 2 to 3

The Bull Pen - Sleeps 2

A self contained bed-sit comprising living sleeping area with a sofa bed, fitted kitchen and bathroom (with shower).
